Franchisee Training & Support

Even though our business is automotive service, having an automotive background isn't required. The reason: our franchise system is built on proven business principles that have been successfully implemented by people from all walks of life. This is possible because we invested in YOU and our success is dependent on your success. Therefore, we have one of the most comprehensive training and on-going assistance programs in the industry.

You'll start with a full 4 weeks of on-site training in a real, operating Mike's Master Mechanics location. During your hands-on training, you'll learn firsthand about how the business works. You'll interact with employees and customers and experience the selling and service processes in action. You'll learn the opening, closing and financial aspects of daily operations. By the end of those 4 weeks, you should be very comfortable with the operational procedures of the business. But don't worry if more time and training is needed. We are committed to your success and will make every reasonable accommodation to make your training as thorough as possible.
